1 Year Anniversary for The Cooperage in Uptown Waterloo

On March 8th, we said happy birthday to The Cooperage, the very first building in the Barrel Yards family. Can you believe it’s already been one year since we opened our doors?
The Cooperage is located on the former site of Canada Barrels and Kegs (Canbar) between Erb St. W and Father David Bauer Drive in Waterloo.
The first happy tenants moved in on August 1st, 2014, and since then, the number has grown to 148, with many more on the way! The Cooperage is now over 70% rented and we continue to meet with interested tenants every day at our leasing centre.
The Cooperage Leasing Centre is Open:
Monday to Thursday 11 am – 7 pm
Friday 10 am – 6 pm
Saturday 10 am – 5 pm
Sunday 11 am – 5 pm
With tours available weekdays from 4 pm to 7 pm.
As we celebrate 1 year in Uptown Waterloo, we are eagerly anticipating the grand opening of our Barrel Yards neighbour – The Onyx. Stay tuned for opening details this spring.
