Paying Rent

Payment Options:

  • Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD)
  • Cheque
  • Money Order

 

How to Sign Up for PAD:

  • Fill out PAD Form
  • Submit form to guestservices@barrelyards.com
  • Provide a void cheque to guestservices@barrelyards.com or the Community Office
  • Form and cheque must be submitted by the 15th of the month to take effect for the following month
  • Note: if you submit your form after the 15th you must arrange for alternative rent payment the following month

  • The Cooperage North/South: Resident Manager’s office located on the 1st floor of The Cooperage North (Tower 20) or the Community Office
  • The Onyx North/South: Resident Manager’s office located on the 1st floor of The Onyx North (Tower 29)

Resident Insurance

All residents are required to have tenant insurance.  In the unlikely event, the property is damaged, personal belongings of residents are not covered by the building’s insurance.

Buying tenant insurance has never been so easy or affordable. eTIP is a basic tenants’ insurance package that can be purchased through Hub International. Sign-up takes less than 5 minutes.
