- Request for second parking spot – please contact the City of Waterloo
- Temporary permits can be issued for rental vehicles or vehicles that are not registered to your spot (i.e. borrowed from a family member)
- Delta Parking is assigned by spot number and residents using the offsite parking need to ensure they are parking in their assigned parking spot

Payment Options:

How to Sign Up for PAD:
- Fill out PAD Form
- Submit form to guestservices@barrelyards.com
- Provide a void cheque to guestservices@barrelyards.com or the Community Office
- Form and cheque must be submitted by the 15th of the month to take effect for the following month
- Note: if you submit your form after the 15th you must arrange for alternative rent payment the following month

- The Onyx North/South: Resident Manager’s office located on the 1st floor of The Onyx North (Tower 29)

Resident Insurance
All residents are required to have tenant insurance. In the unlikely event, the property is damaged, personal belongings of residents are not covered by the building’s insurance.
Buying tenant insurance has never been so easy or affordable. eTIP is a basic tenants’ insurance package that can be purchased through Hub International. Sign-up takes less than 5 minutes.
